[0] Why does the site say Red Hat Enterprise.. under maintenance/ you have no permission?
I noticed it few times when I came to India. It is the BSNL problem!!. The dial up (or cable/DSL modem) that does not get the DNS properly from BSNL. So the solution is if you use dial up, disconnect and redial. If cable/DSL power off and power ON the modem. Thats how I fixed the problem when I came to India. From USA I have not seen the web site going down anytime.

You do not need any special fonts, it is all standardized to Unicode. All you need is a PC with Windows XP and above.

For Windows XP and Vista (or Windows 2000):
[a] Control Panel -> Regional andLanguage options:
Choose install files for complex script and right-to-left languages(including Thai). Click OK and restart your PC.

choose View -> Encoding ->Unicode(UTF-8).
