You should install the latest usp10.dll this can be done by downloading
from this link
For Windows 2000 and XP:
[a] Control Panel -> Regional andLanguage options:
Choose install files for complex script and right-to-left languages(including Thai). Click OK and restart your PC.
[2] On the Browser (Internet explorer or Opera 5.0)
choose View -> Encoding ->Unicode(UTF-8).

[3] Optionally you can Install the murasu anjal software on your PC

This will enable the TSCu_Inaimathi font. To install just double click the a2kse_full.exe that you
saved on your computer. After installation you can reboot or you can make sure software is running
