10. ஆகையால் அவர்கள் கர்த்தரை நோக்கி முறையிட்டு: நாங்கள் கர்த்தரை விட்டுப் பாகால்களையும் அஸ்தரோத்தையும் சேவித்ததினாலே, பாவஞ்செய்தோம்; இப்பொழுது எங்கள் சத்துருக்களின் கைக்கு எங்களை நீங்கலாக்கி ரட்சியும்; இனி உம்மைச் சேவிப்போம் என்றார்கள்.
And they cried unto the LORD, and said, We have sinned, because we have forsaken the LORD, and have served Baalim and Ashtaroth: but now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.
